CUSTOM ORDERS:

Have a specific design you'd like to use? Or a particular color, font, or size? I TOTALLY don't mind customizing for you! I have a degree in Graphic Design, so I can easily create whatever look you desire. Changing colors are FREE. For creating a custom design (shape, color, font), there is an additional $20 fee.

Have a big order for a pregnancy with multiples greater than two? Contact me today and we can discuss the details.

PAYMENTS:

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and I never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Paypal.

I charge a sales tax in California only. All payments are due at the time of purchase.

PACKAGING:

You have two (2) choices to either have the items sent to you or to the gift recipient. You can also have the items gift packaged or not. If you chose to purchase gift packaging, I will ship the items packed securely and ready to be gifted. In the "Note" section in checkout, please provide their mailing address and any special note you'd like to add on to the attached gift card. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the items have been sent and received by the recipient via USPS.

If you'd like to package the item yourself, the items will be sent in clear, resealable packaging. The items are then wrapped with newsprint to prevent shifting in the box during shipment.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQs:

What are the washing/drying instructions?
Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Remove the garment within a few minutes of the spin cycle finishing. Dry on low-heat setting and remove promptly after drying. Do not iron directly on the transferred area.

What if my baby outgrows the size of the bodysuit?
No problem. If your baby outgrows the size before you can take a pic, contact me to work something out. Sizing is based on the manufacturer's specifications for age and weight. I tend to err on the side of caution and upsize each month slightly in case your baby has grown fast. Much better to have a little bit of extra room then to not have enough! =)

PROCESSING TIME:
Most orders will be filled within 7 business days of your payment being processed. Please allow an additional 3 days for items that are custom ordered. Every order is handmade and made to order by me. If you need the item(s) rushed, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to accommodate.

SHIPPING TIME:
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. I ship orders within 7 business days of your payment being processed. Orders should take no longer than 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. To purchase more insurance for your shipment beyond the Priority Mail coverage, please let me know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, I do not offer international shipping because I cannot guarantee that the item(s) will arrive undamaged and/or arrive in a timely manner. If you can agree to the items coming in whatever condition, then I'd be happy to ship. Contact me for more details.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
I take pride in the quality of work that I produce and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I inspect each and every handmade item for quality before they are packaged and sent. Each item is created in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. I also make sure to keep my work area and hands clean and as germ-free as possible (no working with colds either!). Please note that items are not washed beforehand (see Additional Policies above for more info on washing care).

If you have any issues with the items sent, you can return unworn items within 10 days of receiving the item and request a full refund, store credit or exchange. When returning items to exchange or for a full refund, shipping back to me is at the customer's expense. Return shipping to you with the exchanged item will be covered by me. All customized and personalized items are non-refundable. If you have any issues or questions, please be sure to reach out to me to resolve the matter.

DAMAGED and MISSING ITEMS:
I will not be responsible for lost or damage packages due to mishandling by USPS or any other handler. This is totally out of my control. To purchase more insurance for your shipment beyond the Priority Mail coverage, please contact me for more details (note: additional cost applies).
